The Cort X series presents electric guitars with a modern design, primarily intended for the production of hard / heavy music, but you will certainly appreciate their sound in classic rock or fusion. Thanks to the favorable price, they can certainly appeal to young aspirants of rock crafts, but they will certainly not offend even experienced and technically skilled players.
The X300 guitars belong to the higher models of the series. At first glance, you will be attracted by the top made of fluted maple with a nice wood drawing and a distinctive color scheme. The body itself is made of American linden wood. The bevelled upper edge of the body not only gives the instruments an elegant look, but also provides musicians with greater playing comfort. Adjacent to the bolted maple neck is also a maple fingerboard fitted with twenty-four frets. Orientation around its surface is facilitated by position dots.
The set of EMG Retroactive Hot 70 humbuckers with a high output signal and a ceramic magnet on the bridge and a magnetic Alnico 5 on the neck position provide the guitar with the necessary balance of power and sound clarity. Volume potentiometers, tone apertures and a three-position sensor switch are used for sound adjustments. The strings are mounted in a double-reversible Floyd Rose Special tremolo and black tuning mechanisms. Zero fret locks ensure stability of tuning even with frequent use of the lever.
