This bass is one of the instruments from the AE series, which thanks to its larger body are made for playing live - both acoustically and when plugged into the equipment. Of course, these instruments have very good craftsmanship and sound that you would expect from much more expensive instruments.
The back, front and sides of the instrument are made of laminated sapele wood. The neck is made from a combination of nyatoh and maple, while the fingerboard and fingerboard are made from walnut. In addition, the fingerboard is shaped to optimally transmit the vibrations of the string to achieve the best possible sound. The thumb rest, made of merbau wood, guarantees comfort while playing.
Sound pickup is provided by a sub-cubic piezo pickup, complemented by Ibanez AEQ-2T electronics, which in addition to the integrated tuner also provides you with a two-band equalizer and volume control.
